I called for pricing about a month ago. My questions were answered clearly, and there was no pressure to schedule service. A month later, I called back to book an appointment, and they were able to send an exterminator the very next day.The exterminator arrived on time, asked where I had seen signs of rodents, then explained how they were getting in and how he would fix it. He placed traps and took the time to explain how each one works. He was very respectful throughout the visit and even wore shoe covers in the house.

I hired Prevent Pest Control to come to my home because I had some bugs that I couldn't identify or get rid of on the interior of my home. Danny came out the next day and told me what the bugs were, explained their spraying process and how it is safe for pets (after about 30 minutes of drying), and preceded to spray both inside and outside the windowsills where the little flying bugs were piling up. I am very happy with the results (no more bugs!) and will absolutely call this company in the future for all of my pest control needs. They came out quickly, gave me a fair price, and were honest and professional. A 5-star experience all the way!

We had Danny out to our house in the spring. He was really knowledgeable and very polite and friendly. He did a great job! We'll be having him out soon for fall preventative services!
