Mike is an absolute gentleman and an expert in his field. My parents are elderly and live in Arlington heights. They were having issues with the garage door opener acting erratically, additionally a spring finally broke. Mike came out the same day, he was very patient with them and he also communicated with me the job that needed to be done, options, and prices. Mike did expert repairs at a fair price, and was very kind and patient with my parents. I'll never go anywhere else and I highly recommend

Excellent Service, with good communication and friendly staff. Door installation was as promised and they were able to provide parts that weren't provided by manufacturer. Would recommend their service to anyone looking for garage door installation of service.

I have 2 garage doors on opposite sides. I paid them to install a lift on 1 of the doors. Nothing to be done on the other door. When the tech installed the new lift he did something to the other door so now none of the remotes work with it. I asked the company to fix this. They told me "the guy is out of the country for awhile. We don't know what he did" I called a few more times over the weeks and I go the same story. I went out of town for a few months and called again. "Yeah, he came back but he doesn't work for us anymore. We'll have to charge you to fix it." I will hire a better company to fix it.

We had a garage catastrophe, and needed help quickly. I called out and I could not believe we were able to get an appointment the same day! Moses came out and did a thorough job explaining what needed to be done to me. I don't know a lot about garage door repair so I really appreciated the extra mile of him explaining exactly what had gone wrong and what needed to be replace. We had gotten another estimate and the pricing was an extremely good value as well. Within an hour of work he was finished and we have a working garage again! It's extremely hard to find quality repairs, and with EZ you not only get that but they were fast and the price was right as well. I will definitely be keeping their number in my phone, and will be using their services again anytime we have need.

Matt did a great job in about an hour replacing the garage door opener. After viewing him work he never viewed any instructions. He knowns his business about installation. Great job for the value and guarantee.

I had an ugly dented panel and they replaced it so quick. The door looks brand new now. Honest, fair, and dependable garage door repair in Kirkland.

Our opener quit working out of nowhere. MYA Garage Door Repair came the same day, super friendly, explained everything, and had it running smooth again.
