We just bought a new garage door for our house. Jace was excellent to work with.We started out having an idea what we wanted. He was able to look into multiple doors/door manufacturers to find us the right door at the right price.Jace took the time to listen to what we were looking for, checking through the multiple options he could get and helped us find a quality door that will hopefully last for many years. He was very responsive and kept us in the loop. Also got it installed in a very reasonable time. Shortly after the product arrived. It was one we had to order through the manufacturer.One thing I also appreciated is, he made sure we got upgraded hardware to go with it. Knowing that we have a high cycle springs and nice quality brackets and that sort of thing, it should last a lot longer before needed to replace those.The door so far looks great, seems to be well insulated and a quality product. The installation quality of work they did seems to be working well.With a garage door not being something you have to replace very often, it's reassuring when you get a honest and reputable company that is knowledgeable, willing to listen to what your needs/wants are and then deliver on that.I would recommend Jace and his company whether it's for a new garage door and more routine thing such as servicing the door, spring replacement or whatever else. We had a garage catastrophe, and needed help quickly. I called out and I could not believe we were able to get an appointment the same day! Moses came out and did a thorough job explaining what needed to be done to me. I don't know a lot about garage door repair so I really appreciated the extra mile of him explaining exactly what had gone wrong and what needed to be replace. We had gotten another estimate and the pricing was an extremely good value as well. Within an hour of work he was finished and we have a working garage again! It's extremely hard to find quality repairs, and with EZ you not only get that but they were fast and the price was right as well. I will definitely be keeping their number in my phone, and will be using their services again anytime we have need.
