MM quickly responded (within an hour a fifteen minutes) to a broken garage door spring which had trapped both my cars in the garage. They texted me to measure the door along with key questions on whether it was an insulated door and was metal which enabled them to bring the correct replacement springs to do the job without delay. They were very professional in completing the replacement. Once installed they checked and made multiple adjustments while running the door up and down to make sure it was set correctly and operating as spec’d. Jace and his co worker did outstanding work on our garage door. He did a high door garage conversion for me since I put a lift in my garage to double stack cars in the garage. He installed a very side mount motor, upgraded my tracks, bearings, sensors and new lights. I didn’t know new garages could be so nice and convenient. Jace walked me through everything at the end and gave me great maintenance tips at the end. This new garage setup is incredibly quiet compared to my original garage door that came with the purchase of a newly constructed home from the builder. It’s night and day difference with a lot of great smart functionality.
