Grant Edmondson and his team were OUTSTANDING. I first started working with Grant in Nov 2025 when I wanted to start exploring the idea of buying a 2nd home. Grant worked with me for months, consistently checking in, answering all of my questions. Fast forward 10 months later and I finally got into contract on a house. The house was perfect, but the deal was an absolute nightmare with tons of unexpected logistical hurdles. Grant helped me get through every single one of those hurdles. There were probably at least 20 reason why the deal should not have closed and Grant made sure it did. Grant and his team got me a clear to close in 7 days, which was absolutely an insane timeline with a normal deal, but even crazier on one as complex as mine. I can't recommend Grant and his team enough. You have so many lending options to shop around for , and I did shop, but all I can say is if you want a genuine lender who is going to do everything they can to make your deal happen you have to reach out to Grant. Next house I am buying, I'm not wasting time shopping, I'm just going to Grant. He's my guy!
