I was a loyal customer at this location for probably the last 4 years until my last visit in July. In the next few days following the visit I noticed what looked like oil spots on my driveway so I took my car to a local mechanic and sure enough my oil pan plug was hand tight. I went back to costa oil to just inform the of what happened. The manager wasn’t there but they assured me they would let him know and to expect a phone call from him which I never received. Anyway I went back for another oil change recently and just ask if I could get some sort of discount this one time just because of there mistake from last time that could’ve done real damage had I not recognized the oil spots on my driveway. They said they were sorry but could not give any kind of discount. I definitely will not be going back and recommend you don’t either. 1 star service.😡

I take all my vehicles here. I’m usually in and out within 15 minutes. That’s even with an HD truck. They take good care of you and get you back in the road. Definitely recommend.
