If you ever find yourself dealing with the unfortunate surprise of water where it definitely shouldn’t be, ask for Sam. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and kept everything running smoothly. He explained the process clearly, stayed on top of every detail, and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable.Communication was excellent, timelines were clear, and you could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right—not just getting it done. Project managers deserve way more credit than they get, and Sam proved exactly why.Hopefully I never need flood restoration again… but if I do, I’m only calling Sam. Highly recommend!

Absolutely don’t look in any other direction other than Flood fire Pro. I had an emergency water situation, stem for my leaky washing machine.Panic of course set in and I called and Sean answered my call right awayanswered my call right away.Within an hour, I had two guys sucking the water out of my basement and left the place as good as New.Google was my friend!Pricing was beyond fair, especially knowing that we were in a crisis situation!I would give this company 10 stars if there was an option to do so.

My mother who is elderly, recently had a pipe break in her upstairs bathroom. The damage was unbelievable. My mother was understandabley distraught. I had this happen in my own home so I called Ryan from Flood Fire Pro. He was my mother's house within an hour. He called in the head of their mitigation team Fernando who had a crew onsite in record time. They cleaned up the water set equipment and walked us through the claim process. They met with my Mom's adjuster,helped to settle the claim and completed the demo in just a couple of weeks. Then Ryan and his reconstruction team took over. They said they would have everything put back together in weeks, which seemed impossible at the time, but they stuck to their word. They communicated with my Mom and made sure she was in the loop the entire time. They finished exactly when they said they would and her home has never looked better. I want to truly thank everyone at Flood Fire Pro for everything they did. I could not have asked for more.
