Pros:Ever since I joined this company I haven't stopped growing in my professional skills, everybody on the team is extremely talented and friendly so it makes it really motivating to keep learning, helping and expanding in any way I can. A really good positive thing as well is how the team culture motivates us to become better people overall, learn new habits and grow outside of our professional roles as well. Cons:It's not really a con per se, but you need to be very fast-paced and detail oriented to keep up with everybody! Sometimes it can get a bit overwhelming but rewarding as well
