Amazing care and experience at this clinic! They take the time to make you feel comfortable and at ease! My feet felt wonderful and left out of pain! I am diabetic and so have to look after my feet! I would 100% recommend The Foot Lab. I came in with an issue with my toe. After an initial appointment with James who put me at ease and helped figure out a plan, I was back in a week later for toenail surgery. There I was greeted by the wonderful Claire who did my surgery, along with Katie who was there to observe (as well as comfort me!). Apart from the initial injections to numb my toe, I didn't feel any pain during the procedure. That was 2 weeks ago and they have looked after me ever since with bandage changes and check-ups. You're even greeted with smiles from the lovely receptionist too. Any kind of surgery isn't pleasant but they make it a lovely experience the minute you step through the door. Xx

I've been a regular here for about eight months, visiting every four weeks or so, and it's become my go-to podiatry clinic after trying others that didn’t quite meet my expectations. I can be quite particular and value attention to detail, so finding the right practitioner and place takes time. Gemma and her team have truly earned my trust. They’re professional and attentive and always handle any concerns with politeness, efficiency, and a reassuring level of care.
