I paid so much for my AC repair at the Hyundai dealership, almost triple the amount of here, just for it to break down again less than a year later. I came here and he promised me a great price and had my AC refilled around an hour!! I’m never going back to the dealership, this auto shop is honest and very reasonably priced. I thought I had a oil leak, ruben noticed it wasn’t oil and it was actually coming from my axle boot. Thankfully I found that out as i thought at first it was going to be catastrophic Lol. Thanks to ruben i’ll be on the road with no issues !

Was my first time, came here for a 2nd opinion, though we didn’t get repair done due to high expense that we could not afford these guys were good. They walk me through the process and confirm our first option findings. Could have gone bad and just taken our money and performed a temporary fix that probably would have cost more later down the road. I would definitely would comeback for any auto issues.

The waiting area chairs definitely could be more comfortable, but the actual service made up for it. They repaired a noisy wheel bearing and even tightened a loose splash guard they noticed underneath the car. Highway driving is much quieter now overall.

I was in the area shopping around shop after shop for a battery installed. I felt like I quoted so much cause I was a woman smh. Call Master Tech the price was unbelievable. He was so honest with me he let me know You going to have about 1-2 hour wait I two car ahead. When I got the the office smell amazing ong .he greeted me on his way out for test and said he back in 10-15 mins. The The courtesy communication was unbelievable. I will be taking my vehicle here for all my repairs all of them.

My AC completely stopped working and with the heat starting to pick up, I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment. They told me I could come in, so I arrived right when they opened at 8 a.m.Moe was quick, professional, and gave me a clear quote upfront. What really impressed me was his honesty and integrity. When I came back, he let me know that something he originally thought needed to be moved actually didn’t need to be, so he reduced the price. That level of transparency is rare and really meant a lot.Even though they close early on Saturdays at 3 p.m., he still managed to get everything fixed the same day and had my car ready for pickup. I took my Jx35 to mastertech about a week ago. I needed a cv axle replaced, but i also had other issues that were specific to the handling of the vehicle. Mo was more than willing to say, lots go for a drive, so we can see what it's doing together. That alone led to the finding of the problem, which I was able to take care of a few days later. They were able to replace the cv axle i needed within just a couple of hours! They got me in and out super quick. They have excellent prices, and good workmanship. I found my place..
