I cannot recommend this store enough! I came in roughly 6 months ago, looking for a bed for my elderly Mum. Andrew, the manager, could not help enough! He fielded all the demands and processes, of the aged care guidelines, and delivered on several occasions, much more than required. I will continue to shop with him personally, as he truly cares about his customers, and has extensive knowledge in his products. An absolute pleasure to find a retail gem!

My partner and I came into Beds R Us Capalaba a couple of days ago seeking a new mattress after a long road trip down the coast. Andrew was in store to help us out and we had a great experience buying our first new mattress. He was extremely helpful in explaining what we might need out of a new mattress and helped us pick out the perfect one for us, he also helped us load it onto the trailer to take home that day. I can honestly say I’ve had fantastic sleeps so far. 10/10 recommend.

We had been to a few places looking for a new bed for our spare room with little success. We dropped into Beds R Us and were greeted with a friendly smile.
