Extremely disappointed! I booked a job in with Jack to renovate my living room and dining room ( install spot lights, remove flooring, replace skirting boards, remove door and stud wall, plaster all walls and one ceiling, paint all walls & ceiling and install laminate flooring ) and I cannot regret more than I do now. Plastering job was terrible with metal beads not seated properly, walls being bent and specific arch way extrmely bent which looks twosted now, painting was absolutely awful with paint streaks, paint drops on walls, all plug sockets and switches painted over, wall paint on ceiling and ceiling paint on wall, nothing was sanded down before paint so walls are not straight and can see streaks of plaster. Unfortunately, the job was then left incomplete with couple skirting boards installed ( some required replacing due to bent cuts ), paint and plaster not being rectified, heating left outside, some of flooring incomplete. The landing was plastered extremely poor which requires sanding down heavily and skirting board installing which has also been left for me to complete. Garden has been left in a awful state with excess rubbish, my kids toys were used to paint skirting boards and left paint over the toys which was very disappointing.I had paid Jack 3/4 of the payment upfront as requested and the job was less then a 1/4 worth. After several attempts to talk to Jack about reviewing payment, I am no longer getting replies.I cant emphasise how much stress this has put me and my family as Jack had left the house incomplete despite exceeding job completion date and taking 3/4 of the money. I am now left with trying to find people to rectify pretty much all the job.I am unable to upload any pictures but happy to share on request.

I can't recommend Jack highly enough. He came out at short notice for an emergency after part of our brick boundary wall collapsed. He quickly made the area safe, carefully removed and disposed of all the damaged bricks and rubble, and left everything clean and tidy.He then installed a brand-new fence, and the transformation is outstanding. Theworkmanship is excellent, the fence is solid and looks fantastic. He was reliable, hardworking, and kept me informed throughout the job.The before and after speaks for itself – what was a collapsed, unsafe wall has been turned into a secure, professional-looking fence. If you're looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jack.Thank you again for an excellent job!

We had Jack and Tom out to in January repair a leak on my mother's garage roof, and they did an excellent job. They removed the old flashing and replaced it with torch-on felt, adding extra coverage and installing it to building standards with a 150mm upstand. They also extended the downpipe a little bit to prevent water from backing up. We’re very pleased with the quality of the work and would happily recommend them.
