I’m going to be honest and say I was nervous about the transition from my last dentist who retired. Dr Q and staff since day one were extremely professional, and welcoming. I felt their positive energy and confidence in their work kept me at ease every check up. My 7 year old loves Dr Q and staff. The whole staff made sure we felt taken care of and gave quality and exceptional service. Thank you so much Dr.Q and team ya’ll are the best!

Dr. Dom Calato is SUCH a beast. The dental hygienist was out today, so he stepped up and cleaned me out!! After four years of dental school!!!! And he’s just so funny and wholesome and honestly???……hot. Staff was outstanding.They officially have my business forever.

I have always felt so comfortable around the whole staff. They do excellent work when taking care of my dental needs. They go above and beyond explaining in detail of my procedures that need to be done. Everyone there treats you like family. I definitely will refer to my family and friends

Staff & treatment basically ok. Extremely poor customer service. Was overcharged for a procedure in April 2025 & they refuse to mail my refund check. Insist I come to the office to get it. 5 days later - Was able to speak to Dr. Quartano & he agreed to mail the refund check to me. My faith has been restored & I'm happy with this resolution. Updated 5/13/26 - care & service for a recent appointment very good. Discussed possible future procedure & asked for cost estimate via email. A week later & still waiting. Follow up by office staff needs improvement. Rating downgraded because of this.

I have been using Concord since ‘23 when they purchased DiLeo Dental & improved it. I have Medicare & Dr. Quartano has really helped me to utilize my Medicare services. I’m very satisfied & would highly recommend this practice.
