My experience with San Diego pool tile cleaning was great. I'm a general contractor in and around San Diego County, and I work with a lot of other contractors in different trades, so I know what to look for in a company that takes the time to do the job right the first time so it turns out as expected. I found their company on Facebook, and sometimes that doesn't turn out very well, but I needed to get my pool cleaned of the white lime deposits around the glass tile I have at the waterline. It's been building up for several years, and I even tried doing it myself tile by tile last year. It looked even worse this year. So when I saw San Diego Pool Tile Cleaning's ad, I decided to give them a try. There are specific procedures that need to be met in order to make sure that the job goes smoothly, and after a couple of visits to my home, we had it all figured out, and my tile looks new again. I hope that I don't need this service for a couple of years, but when I do, I know who to call. If you have a pool, this is a number that you're going to want to keep saved for just this type of service. A fair price for a needed service.

I think they deserve a 5 star rating for a great tile cleaning job and their professionalism. A special shout out to Jessica who always picked up the phone and had the answers. I do want everyone to understand that it is a messy process that will require running your filter longer than normalAs well as adding a lot of pool water and a rebalancing of the water. Worth it in the end tho!

The Curtis and Mason team showed up on time. They were both professional and courteous from the outset. Curtis explained the process and asked a couple questions about the age of pool tile as well as where sewer cleanout could be. Since there would be very little drainage involved the alley was the best and easiest choice. They were done in record time and cleanup was perfect.You've got a great crew there with Curtis and Mason.I'd like to commend Jessica (?) on the phone communication. Rarely do you get everything you hope for in relationship with a contractor of any sort. Timely, clean, remarkable outcome and a fair price. However, that is exactly what I received when I had SDPTC come out and clean the tiles on my pool. No more calcium build up. Crystal clear tiles. Exceptional clean up upon completion. Wow is all I can say.

Tiles came out clean and tech was very courteous. There was a tremendous amount of fall out on the surrounding decks even after hosing them down. For the price, I would ask for a little more post work clean up. Maybe just blower it into the pool before vaccuming. Would recommend again though.

Their service is highly recommended in terms of the price, the experience, and the quality of the work. Getting an estimate was a breeze and did not require me to meet with them. Scheduling was easy and they arrived right on time. They did an outstanding job and were very careful to minimize any mess while removing all of the extensive calcium deposits around our pool and spa. We have tile edging so they used a salt medium for their high pressure tool. They also blasted away the mold in the corners as a bonus. The crew was very professional and careful. I was impressed. There was a little salt around the pool edge (inevitable) that I easily washed away and it took awhile to fill the pool back up with a hose (anybody with a pool knows this). I wish other home services were this easy and effective.
