We first brought ATX Custom Remodel in to completely reconfigure our primary suite — and I mean completely. They relocated the bathroom, redesigned the entire layout from scratch, and built me a custom closet that is genuinely fit for any fashion lover’s wildest dreams. While they were at it, they replaced a small sliding door off our bedroom with stunning large glass doors that open to our patio, turning the whole back of our home into this seamless inside/outside experience. The transformation was beyond anything I imagined.We loved the experience so much that we called them back this year for round two. This time they tackled our patio and delivered an outdoor kitchen that is a home chef’s paradise — exactly what you want for Austin summer nights hosting dinner parties by the pool. And because this crew truly never says no, when I spotted potential in an awkward under-stairs closet and asked if we could turn it into a butler’s pantry… they made it happen beautifully. I am in commercial construction for a living. I am also smart enough not to perform work on my own home. I am also hesitant to hire other companies, always hoping they are legit. ATX is exactly that, 100% legit. Like any project, the project had occasional challenges like material delays or improper shipments. Francisco and his folks took it all in stride. Always having best in class communication and attitude. The craftworkers were highly talented, skilled, polite, and clean. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone in need of a great remodel project. At the end of the day their attention to detail made our project meet all of our goals. We met with Alex at ATX Custom Remodeling and knew we had the right contractor. Alex, Shelia & Alexandra gave us guidance throughout the design process and gave us an incredible design for our renovation. We now have a dream kitchen with new cabinets and a large beautiful kitchen island, new flooring throughout our main floor, new paint on main floor along with new doors, laundry room with new cabinets, a larger pantry and an updated gorgeous powder room. Junior, Jesus and team worked hard to deliver excellent results and provided great customer service. We can’t thank you all enough for being so patient with us on this first renovation! Now we need to decide which project is next! We would highly recommend ATX Custom Remodel- 10/10!

After that, he gave me a deadline for the work, but he did not start or deliver the work on time. I called him to ask when he would do the work and provide the building design, but he did not respond. Later, he blocked me.
