I just received my quote today, so I cannot speak as to install... but I wanted to leave a 5 star review because of my great experience with Josh today. I always dread having a salesman come out to my home for any reason but I never once got a "slimy sales person" vibe from him. He was friendly, prompt, communicative -- letting me know when he was going to be there, and then on top of it, pointed out a separate septic issue I didn't even notice before it became a nightmare for me at my house! I am so grateful. This is the kind of personal interaction that is lacking with most companies, and particularly with salespeople. Even though I received a slightly higher quote from Expert Shutters than another local company, I am more inclined to use Expert Shutters because of my great experience with Josh and my preference to do business with companies I feel good about supporting. He could have went about his measurements and taken a "not my circus, not my monkeys" approach when he spotted my septic issue, but he went out of his way to alert me to it and that type of above-and-beyond customer service deserves recognition. Thank you!

First of all, WE LOVE OUR BAHAMA SHUTTERS! They have been on our wish list for quite some time. Our experience with Expert Shutters was absolutely incredible. We contacted Todd Harper for an estimate and he was out to measure in short order. Make no mistake, they are pricey but so worth it. We were given an estimated time frame for delivery and they arrived much sooner than expected. The installation crew were amazing. It took a full day to install our Bahama shutters and the hurricane panels we purchased for our other windows and doors. The crew was steady working the entire time they were here. They answered all of our questions as we observed their expert installation. Expert Shutters arranged for the city inspector to come the following day. When the inspector arrived he commented that when he saw the sign for Expert Shutters in our yard, he knew there would be no problems. From start to finish we could not have been more pleased with every person that participated in our order, installation and follow up. We have had multiple compliments from neighbors, family and friends. We would highly recommend Expert Shutters to anyone looking to improve the look and safety of their home.
