I was highly impressed from beginning to end. They produce locally, allowing them to oversee every part of the process, from sales to production and installation. During the installation, the installer spotted a small stain in the center of the screen. Rather than finishing the installation and hoping I wouldn’t notice, he contacted his supervisor. The supervisor came to inspect the screen and then returned to the plant to discuss the issue with the team. At 4:55 PM, they informed the installer to remove the screen and that a new one would be installed the following day. Since the screens are custom-made with a lead time of 4-6 weeks, I was doubtful they would follow through. However, at 8:00 AM the next morning, they showed up and installed the newly manufactured screen. Essentially, they halted production on other orders to create a new screen for my opening! Moreover, they were thorough in measuring, confirming measurements, installing, and cleaning up. After the final inspection, I called their office to inform them that the inspection was successful and to schedule a crew to come back and install the trim… they arranged for them to come that very afternoon. The sales and office staff were equally professional and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience to work with such integrity.

Tori is so friendly and easy to work with. The condo building I manage had several residents use them for the hurricane screen. The install guys are in and out, clean, friendly and very informative. the job is seamless and always passes inspection. Always on time and honest. They are AMAZING and the screens look great!!

Just received a reminder to Lubricate our patio shutters which also helps maintain the warranty on them. They were installed Sept 2024 and operate flawlessly each time I've closed them ! Love the fact the company reminds me in case I forget , which I don't since I see them every time I go out.
