My family and I had been going to this dentist for multiple years and although the staff are nice, the amount of times we've been ripped off is disappointing. They messed up my brother's teeth and we had to pay for them to try again. I was lied to about the price of an appointment which ended up costing significantly more than they said it would originally despite getting nothing additional done. I've been getting multiple fillings from them every year despite taking care of my teeth and the year I decide to change to a different dentist I'm told my teeth are perfectly fine. During my last appointment at this place I was told I needed a filling urgently that would cost a large amount of money. I went to my new dentist and asked him to look at it, only to be told it was minuscule and not urgent in the slightest. he fixed it for a better price. I’d recommend finding a different dentist, since they haven’t seemed very sincere or consistent

I’m always so impressed with the care I receive at Balnarring Dental Centre. Dr Mish is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain everything clearly, offering different options so you feel informed and comfortable with your treatment plan. From regular cleans to dental crowns, the quality of care is consistently outstanding. I’ve recommended her to so many people and now take my daughter here too. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
