I’ve been seeing Dr Roshi for about 5-6 appointments now and it has been an incredible experience. I have always found the dentist to be uncomfortable, anxiety inducing and painful, but that’s not what I experience here. Dr Roshi is consistently checking in with me to make sure my experience is pain free, comfortable and calm. She has learned the things I need to feel comfortable and makes sure they’re tailored to every single appointment. She has taken the time to extensively explain my treatment plan, provide me with informed options for myself to make decisions about my oral health and made the whole experience a lot less stressful than I was ever expecting it to be. So so so grateful for the care I have received so far.

At 58 I had my 1st filling this week. It wasn't pleasant, but Dr Dan was so chill, caring, and sweet. He was professional and did a great job. He listens well and asks the right questions.

I have dental anxiety, and came to this dentist with issues from previous dental work done in the USA. Balnarring dental were able to help me fix my old fillings and address my bruxism/ tooth grinding, and they were above and beyond excellent. They're not likely the cheapest dentist available in the area, but I believe I will have my teeth protected and cared for at Balnarring dental incredibly well, and worth the cost. It's worth the effort to travel to here, and the staff have been incredible for the year or so I've been seeing them. The hygiene specialist is great, the support staff professional and well trained, and every single dentist I've dealt with has been great. A particular mention of Darina and Tori, they've been great.Dr Tiv deserves a particular shout out for going out of his way to take time to explain things, meeting with me and my wife, helping me figure out all my options without judgment or bias, and then he gave me thorough, high quality care. When i got a ceramic onlay to replace a filling and felt it was too tall, they got me in within half an hour, fixed it patiently for me, charged nothing for it, and made sure i knew i could come back again if it still wasn't right. Id recommend!
