I had a wonderful and easy experience with this company. They were incredibly responsive and did excellent work. They literally came out the same day I called to do a no cost estimate ans it was an urgent job. And since it was an urgent job, they came out the next morning and stayed all day and got it done. It’s not easy finding workers to do a relatively small jobThe work was really good quality, the staff was friendly and easy and they did an excellent cleanup job. I would highly recommend them for any work and plan to use them again.

My wife and I have used Iago Maciel and Innov Builders on two occasions this year.The first required a repair to our roof to prevent a leak in an upstairs bedroom. We were not sure where the leak was coming from, but Iago Maciel, with the aid of his drone camera which he flew with remarkable precision, was able to pinpoint the cause of the leak in an area of a vent pipe in the roof. Two members of his team then came to repair the problem quickly and efficiently.On the other occasion, the same two members of his team came to install a new roof on our shed and repair an area of the roof above our back door which had sprung a leak and become infested with ants. Their work seems to have resolved both problems to our entire satisfaction. Iago and his team have been a pleasure to work with.
