I had a great experience with Art and Frame Factory. Benji, Karen and the team were fantastic to deal with from my initial inquiry to receiving my framed artwork. Benji took me through all the steps of what it would look like to frame my piece and the end result was stunning. I would definitely return if I needed anything else framed!

I am a Visual Arts teacher and this week I had one of my students' very precious HSC artworks framed with Art and Frame Factory for the first time. I honestly cannot recommend Karen and her team enough. These artworks represent months of a student's heart, time, and energy, and Karen understood that from the moment I walked in. She and her team went above and beyond, working around tight time constraints, listening carefully to everything we needed, and treating the artwork with as much care as if it were their own. That meant so much to me, and it will mean even more to my student when they see how beautifully their work has been presented. The framing itself has genuinely elevated the piece. It now looks and feels like a professional standard artwork, something my student can be truly proud of. On top of the exceptional service, Art and Frame Factory were also the best priced option I could find anywhere in the Greater Sydney region.Thank you, Karen, and thank you to your whole team. We will be back every time we need framing done, and I will be recommending you to every colleague and student who needs the same care and craftsmanship you gave us this week.
