I am a Visual Arts teacher and this week I had one of my students' very precious HSC artworks framed with Art and Frame Factory for the first time. Absolutely love the end results! Benji made the process of framing fun and easy. From picking out different frames, to deciding the width and colour of the mat border, I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience. I reached out on a Tuesday about an urgent request to print, frame and deliver a set of digital artworks by Friday, and I specifically wanted a muted gold frame. The service was amazing, the price was reasonable, the quality was excellent, and it was all delivered on Thursday afternoon. Will definitely get all future work printed and framed here.

Karen and her son have done a wonderful job getting my portrait framed. Karen is a wonderful lady; her speech is mellifluous and her whole persona exudes warmth. They have such a heart-based approach that she even sent home installers to pick up my work at no extra cost. Even the installer was kind and helpful. Recently went to get two items framed. When I got there the personal service and attention to detail was evident from the beginning. They were able to match what I wanted for the two certificates that I wanted framed and the price was excellent. The frames were completed and back to me within a week and very happy with the result. We went to Art and Frame Factory to enquire since we wanted to have some photos framed for display in our foyer with the intention to get them similar frames or close to the frame of another photo that we already have in frame since they will all be displayed close together. We were blessed that we went to the right place! Karen was very hospitable and Joshua showed patience in listening to our ideas, answering our queries and really took his time in helping us with our frame choices. We were satisfied with the finished work and I personally think the price that they charge is reasonable and was worth the service that they give. I would not hesitate to refer them!
