We were super pleased with Tony's attention to our needs! We needed brickwork done, and he was always prompt to answer, kind, a true problem solver... as the adhesive that came with the product ordered was very cumbersome, and actually didn't work well. So careful with making sure everything was matched just right. No person or project ever goes perfectly, but Tony was so willing to do just whatever he could to really accommodate us. And the finished product turned out great! And, for those who care... no smoking or cussing... just a gentleman. We were very happy that we chose It Is Finished for our custom work.
