I just took my son here after previously having two haircuts at a regular barbershop where he didn’t feel the most comfortable. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Sharkey’s! The environment made it so easy for my toddler to feel comfortable in, and actually enjoy getting his hair cut. Our stylist Chelsea was MAGICAL at her job!! She interacted with my son and gave him the greatest experience! We will definitely be back to book with Chelsea again!

The people over here blew my mind. I tried to get my young child a hair cut a few times hes 18 months old and it just never works out well. He's new to this hes scared and hes cries and yells despite the presence of his mother and father. It made the idea of a haircut dreadful. But his bangs were getting in his eyes and was bothering him so we saw this place and gave it a try.This place is perfect for kids, bright colors and toys everywhere, even had child friendly cartoons at every baby/toddler booth with these nice little race car, chairs (of different types) going along the wall for them to sit in while they get their haircut.First we were asked what he could handle, clippers or scissors. Wasn't sure, I said you can try the clippers but it might scare him. It did. The lady cutting my sons hair was very understanding that kids dont like loud shears, and showed him some of the toys and gadgets on his car of choice, which was a police car, he had fun with that and she finished with scissors which did not bother him at all, infact he started having fun. They managed to pull off a great hair cut for my little boy. I was shocked, it shows that they do this for a living. After the hair cut they gave him a lollipop, and a balloon for free.Save yourself the heartache take you're baby here for their first haircut. It will never be perfect for the child but the people at Sharkys put their heart into making it as comfortable as they can for them.These people deserve success for how good their work is and im doing my part to get the word out.

Brought my little boy here for his very first haircut at 10 months old (he was born with a head full of hair that grew faster than any of us could have imagined!). Kelley was so sweet, welcoming, and made my son very comfortable. She did such a beautiful job and ensured we were happy with his haircut. It's also a very cute place and we will return when my son is ready for another trim!

By far the best place for toddler/ kid to get their first hair cut.I did a last minute call for an appointment and thankfully they were available.The place is very welcoming, colorful and too cute.Truly takes all children on a fun haircut adventure.Not sure if it's for all customers but luckily my daughter to choose where she wanted to sit.The place is clean and the staff do their absolute best to make all feel comfortable.There is a ton of products that are kid friendly to purchase.They also have snacks just incase your little one is hungry.After the cut they get a lollipop and a balloon.Once your child goes here for their haircut they'll never want to go anywhere else.Definitely recommend 10/10 ✂️

Took my 3 year old son in for his first official haircut. We had buzzed his head at home several times but it was time for a “real” haircut. We weren’t sure how he would sit for it but he loved the fire truck and lightning McQueen chairs and paw patrol on tv. Lynnzee took great care of him and was so patient despite how much the little dude wanted to move around. We are extremely happy with the cut and our son will be excited to come back!

Recently came for our first time here and we may have to travel from Tennessee just for haircuts from now on - Priscilla and Chelsea worked their magic on my kiddos (one of which is sensory sensitive)- they had a blast. Thank you so much Chelsea, my son is no longer afraid of haircuts!

Chelsea was great with our 2 year old! She cut his hair in about 10 min or so exactly how we wanted. It didn’t feel rushed and greatly appreciated her quickness with our fussy toddler. We hope she wins the hair stylist appreciation prize! Bonus points for cool hair too :)

Decided to give this place a try because my son absolutely hates getting haircuts, and we’ve had some rough experiences at other barbers. Every time we’ve gone somewhere else, they ended up cutting his hair how they wanted instead of the style we asked for.But Hannah was amazing! I have two kids, a seven year-old girl and a two year-old boy. Hannah really pulled out all the stops for my kids and made them look fantastic! She even painted my girls nails and gave her a ring, and some glitter spray in her hair, which she absolutely loved. Though this place was very busy when we arrived, they got us in and out in a timely manner, and my kids were happy, which is a super plus! We will definitely be back!
