Dominic was really easy to work with on the sale of my inherited property. I live outside of Illinois, which can complicate things, but he was very professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He even hooked me up with reliable/honest contractors and handymen to do work on the property. The property was a unique situation with limited comps, but he did his best to come up with a reasonable listing price with me, and worked hard to get us the best offers. I really appreciate him and definitely recommend working with him.
