Honestly, I wish there were more than 5 stars for this review on my experience with Apex Realty. I have dreamt of owning my own home for a while now, but I was having such a hard time starting the process. That was until I received a phone call on my cell from Dagmar, whom I consider a very important part of my family now. Apex Realty has a team of super stars amazing communication, swift movements to get you into the home of your dreams. But Dagmar🥹I could write a book about how she went to bat for me in a market I only knew a little about, I could've never navigated this process without her by my side. Late night and early morning phone calls- she was always right there for me, even while she vacayed in Hawaii 🤣☠️ Made me promise to get repairs to keep my new home safe, helped me find a wonderful inspector, and even thoough seller paid her fees, you would have never guessed it. Dagmar negotiated FOR ME❤️With love and care and patience, I honestly feel like she's an angel sent from above. Any first time buyer out there needing some one on your side who will make sure you are not taken advantage, and will have your families back through the entire home buying process??! Dominic was really easy to work with on the sale of my inherited property. I live outside of Illinois, which can complicate things, but he was very professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He even hooked me up with reliable/honest contractors and handymen to do work on the property. The property was a unique situation with limited comps, but he did his best to come up with a reasonable listing price with me, and worked hard to get us the best offers. I really appreciate him and definitely recommend working with him.
