The job was begun very quickly after my call, and the technician came out regularly to check on progress. He also moved drying equipment around to different positions frequently to expedite the process. Some of the tech’s visits had to be made after normal work hours, and he did so enthusiastically. In short, this was a very well done job.

We had some very good workers from Restoration Xperts replacing our water damaged floor. The remediation team came quickly and professionally assessed the condition. Project manager Steven kept us informed and worked with the insurance company. All the workers were polite and respectful as they removed all our furniture. Our refrigerator was damaged in the process but the company owner made good without any question. We are very appreciative of that.All the old flooring was removed (with some difficulty & extra expense to the company.) After some fits and starts, the new flooring was installed. We are very pleased with the final result.Among the workers was Jayson who is a skilled finish carpenter who installed the flooring well with pride in his work. We appreciated all the workers who came. They were pleasant, respectful and helpful. The painting crew was outstanding - beautiful work.Because there were some unforeseen events & delays, the completion of the work was hampered by the overlapping of several additional jobs the company had.As a homeowner, that was irritating. As a former remodeling contractor, that was understandable.We are pleased with the finished work. We recommend Restoration Xperts.
