This review is a bit overdue. On April 18th, my husband met with a sales representative from Window Comfort, and we decided to move forward with their services. After a few calls to their office, the team provided a clear explanation of the timeline for our custom window order, which helped us understand when to expect installation. Prior to that, communication could have been clearer.Our new windows were installed on July 16th, both upstairs and downstairs. The installation was originally scheduled for two days, but the crew completed all but one window in a single day. The remaining window had to be reordered due to a sizing issue, which was handled professionally. Toward the end of the first day, the team seemed to be working quickly, but the overall installation looked excellent. We later noticed a few minor imperfections where the wrong color caulking appeared to have been used. On August 29th, the installers returned to complete the final window and address all touch-ups. Before this project, our old windows were inefficient and lacked proper security. The new windows have greatly improved both the appearance and energy efficiency of our home. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of the product and the professionalism of the Window Comfort team. We would recommend them to anyone considering new windows.
