He worked with me to schedule an appointment that fit perfectly with my availability and also gave me a clear overview of what to expect, which I really appreciated.Brandon followed up before the appointment and arrived just ahead of schedule—something that’s rare and refreshing these days! He walked me through every step of the window buying process, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. After 25 years of living in our new home we realized it was past due for a window update.We spoke with several large well known companies and had quotes from them. We decided in January to do the home show and give it a final tour.We stopped into Window Comfort a company we had not heard of or seen advertised.Clayton came out to our house and did a review of our windows and talked about what their windows could offer us. We were impressed with the honest no pressure approach and even more impressed with the features of the window. They had some features and technology we hadn’t seen before. Their pricing was fair and very competitive and with regards to the “majors” a lot less.After talking it over we decided to go with Window Comfort.We had some issues with family along the way and Ray and Clayton were kind and understanding and worked with our time table.Finally the day arrived for the installation. We’ve been through some major renovations so we are no strangers to installations. Well let me tell you that we were honestly surprised how well organized and trained their installation crews are. We were doing 44 windows and to do that in one day is no small undertaking. Their crews are very polite and considerate of your home. They are prompt on arrival and keep you updated as to each step of the process. They do a great job of removing your old windows cleaning the mess and great pride in the installation and cleaning of your new windows both inside and outside your home.Finally on completion of the installation they do a complete survey of the project and train you in the operation and warranty of your new windows.We are thrilled with our choice of Window Comfort and amazed at the quality of the product.
