I would agree with other reviews here. I worked with them to buy my first rental as a newbie and they helped with everything. They take their cut from the top, but it still worked out for me. Word of advice - do your own numbers so that you can verify their return amounts, and ask questions about the formulas used. They were straight forward and honest about the whole process and they still help me with RE advice years later. Great team overall.

Do your own research. It’s not necessarily a SCAM, but it’s not what they’re sell you either. No way that the rental rates you will supposedly get are realistic. Compare with realtor.com.
