5 years ago, I started with Done For You Real Estate knowing nothing about how to purchase and rent real estate. I started in slowly and was skeptical. Today I own 7 homes through careful cash partnerships (I didn't have cash to get in on my own when I started). This year I plan to purchase one or two homes with my own cash. If you have good credit and a willingness to work hard and learn you can get into real estate and start replacing your income. This does not mean everything is perfect. Water heaters break and AC goes out. If you follow your plan you will be fine. This does not mean there isn't risk. There is always risk in any investment endeavor. Be wise and prepared. This is not a get quick rich program. They help you with finding and financing the homes. They have property managers you'll use at a discount. You will hold onto and manage the homes for 5 years before selling. During those 5 years, you'll have cash flow from the rent. When you sell, you take the profit and roll it into a new home or homes. The goal is to use the monthly cash flow for your income replacement and the sale of the home goes toward more homes thus increasing your monthly cash flow. Less

tl;dr Good people, good product, and good service. Professional and well done. When it comes to people who want to do real estate investing, I find there are usually three groups of people: 1) Those who eat and drink real estate. They love to find the good deals, to fix up the properties, to manage the relationships, etc. These are people who do real estate for a living or at least a hobby, they've just gotta be elbow deep in it at least. This... is not me. 2) Those who say "take my money, don't bother me, just give me a return." These people want *NOTHING* to do with it all, they just want an ROI they can depend on. These are people I love to partner with. 3) The people in between 1 and 2. These people want to know what's going on with their real estate and they want to call the shots, but they don't want to do it all themselves. They don't want to have to be the experts on all things real estate. They want an expert team to do the heavy lifting for them, and they're willing even to pay a little more for that if it means they get good deals and strong investments. This is me. If you fall into category 3 like me, then DFY is your happy place! They find good deals in strong markets, vet property managers, make sure homes are rent ready, and help you with long term vision and strategy.
