****UPDATE!!!!***LOOKED AT THE PANEL. The original cause of the house fire. The main is nicked and bolts are missing! Seriously! Another fire waiting to happen. Gave 3 stars originally, only 1 now, this is serious!******Ezekiel was super nice, but promised a lot! If you use them you may want to monitor the progress and the work (home inspectors).My son in law had to watch over them consistently.They had an electrical fire (Jerrell, TX). Burned their roof, garage, etc... My husband is a Master Electrician! He saw the before and went to inspect after when we visites. They did good on the box and wiring, which was probably a licensed individual. What we know thus far... they went cheap on the plugs inside and out (not tamper resistant), no ground faults in bathrooms, GFCI issues, etc.. why? Not up to Texas electrical code (regardless of what the city dictates). The one place, electrical, they needed protection, service, and quality work, disregarded. Ezekiel knew family had a Master Electrician, shook his hand. Electricity is dangerous and hiring non licensed Electrician to come in a do even simple electrical work, silly!If they do not know English, they cannot pass the Texas Journeyman/Wireman test for a licenses.Also, when they said it was move in ready, it wasn't. Electrical was not finished, tiles broken, etc.. seriously.

Trident Restoration: May 2024 a tornado hit Temple, TX and my home was 70% destroyed. Being a 1st time homeowner, after the storm I was unsure who to call. Trident Restoration Services out of Austin, TX were the first on the scene and from the moment I met Mr. Joesph Norman, [Trident] his team was incredibly responsive, extremely helpful, and professional. They promptly began mitigation work to prevent further damage of my home and they didn’t ask me to sign a contract and also told me that I didn’t have to chose them to restore my home. They completed all the mitigation work: (tarping my roof, cutting dry wall, removing wet installation, etc). The following morning they explained the process clearly and assisted with the insurance claim. Mr. Ezekiel Alvarez and his team worked tirelessly to restore my home to its original condition. I met Joe and Ezekeial on one of the worst days of my life. I had a kitchen fire that destroyed half of my house that I had just bought. We hadn't even moved into the house yet. I was devastated. They told me to try and relax, and that they would take care of everything and that when they were done, it would be better than new.I was a bit skeptical and stressed out. From getting us a place to stay, talking to our Insurance company and not backing down when the insurance company tried to low ball things.
