Trident Restoration: May 2024 a tornado hit Temple, TX and my home was 70% destroyed. Being a 1st time homeowner, after the storm I was unsure who to call. Trident Restoration Services out of Austin, TX were the first on the scene and from the moment I met Mr. Joesph Norman, [Trident] his team was incredibly responsive, extremely helpful, and professional. They promptly began mitigation work to prevent further damage of my home and they didn’t ask me to sign a contract and also told me that I didn’t have to chose them to restore my home. They completed all the mitigation work: (tarping my roof, cutting dry wall, removing wet installation, etc). The following morning they explained the process clearly and assisted with the insurance claim. Mr. Ezekiel Alvarez and his team worked tirelessly to restore my home to its original condition.
