We have had the opportunity to work with Trident Restoration Services on two different rental homes, and they have been exceptional both times. One of our rental homes in Temple was hit by a tornado and required a complete restoration, while the other in Austin needed a roof replacement and bathroom remodel.Throughout both projects, the Trident team was punctual, dependable, and delivered excellent workmanship. What truly sets them apart, though, is their customer service and follow-through. They communicated well, did what they said they would do, and made sure the job was completed correctly from start to finish. After trusting them with projects ranging from a full tornado restoration to roofing and remodeling, we wouldn't hesitate to use Trident again. Quality work and great customer service are hard to beat, and they have earned our business for any future needs. Highly recommend!

****UPDATE!!!!***LOOKED AT THE PANEL. The original cause of the house fire. The main is nicked and bolts are missing! Seriously! Another fire waiting to happen. Gave 3 stars originally, only 1 now, this is serious!******Ezekiel was super nice, but promised a lot! If you use them you may want to monitor the progress and the work (home inspectors). My son in law had to watch over them consistently. They had an electrical fire (Jerrell, TX). Burned their roof, garage, etc... My husband is a Master Electrician! He saw the before and went to inspect after when we visites. They did good on the box and wiring, which was probably a licensed individual. What we know thus far... they went cheap on the plugs inside and out (not tamper resistant), no ground faults in bathrooms, GFCI issues, etc.. why? Not up to Texas electrical code (regardless of what the city dictates). The one place, electrical, they needed protection, service, and quality work, disregarded. Ezekiel knew family had a Master Electrician, shook his hand. Electricity is dangerous and hiring non licensed Electrician to come in a do even simple electrical work, silly! If they do not know English, they cannot pass the Texas Journeyman/Wireman test for a licenses. Also, when they said it was move in ready, it wasn't. Electrical was not finished, tiles broken, etc.. seriously.

After a fire broke out in my kitchen, I was overwhelmed and unsure where to even begin. The damage was extensive, and the smoke and soot had spread far beyond just the kitchen. I reached out to Trident Restoration based on a recommendation—and I’m so glad I did. From the first call, their team was professional, compassionate, and responsive. They arrived quickly to assess the damage and walked me through the entire restoration process step by step. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and how respectful they were of my home during such a difficult time. The cleanup was thorough—no lingering smoke smell, no soot residue, and the air actually felt clean again. They handled everything from demolition and deep cleaning to working with my insurance company directly, which saved me so much stress. The kitchen looks better than it did before the fire. Their craftsmanship and dedication truly showed in the rebuild. It’s clear they care about doing the job right—not just fast.I can’t recommend Trident Restoration enough. If you’re dealing with fire damage and want a team that’s trustworthy, skilled, and supportive, this is the company to call.

Trident Restoration: May 2024 a tornado hit Temple, TX and my home was 70% destroyed. Being a 1st time homeowner, after the storm I was unsure who to call. Trident Restoration Services out of Austin, TX were the first on the scene and from the moment I met Mr. Joesph Norman, [Trident] his team was incredibly responsive, extremely helpful, and professional. They promptly began mitigation work to prevent further damage of my home and they didn’t ask me to sign a contract and also told me that I didn’t have to chose them to restore my home. They completed all the mitigation work: (tarping my roof, cutting dry wall, removing wet installation, etc). The following morning they explained the process clearly and assisted with the insurance claim. Mr. Ezekiel Alvarez and his team worked tirelessly to restore my home to its original condition. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service were top-notch - I would highly recommend them to anyone facing a similar situation.Trident Restoration Services ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I met Joe and Ezekeial on one of the worst days of my life. I had a kitchen fire that destroyed half of my house that I had just bought. We hadn't even moved into the house yet. I was devastated. They told me to try and relax, and that they would take care of everything and that when they were done, it would be better than new.I was a bit skeptical and stressed out. I'm here to tell you, they were true to their word. Not only did they deal with the insurance company, fighting to get us everything we needed, but they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with all the work every step of the way. They took time out of there busy schedule to come to the house and talk me through questions and concerns that I had, often times late in the evening when I'm sure they wanted to home with their families.I highly recommend Trident Restoration Services. In a world where you have to constantly be on the look out for scammers and people trying to take advantage of you, they showed me that there are still people and companies that have integrity and dedication to their craft. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks Ezekial and Joe, and you're whole team for going above and beyond. We love our new home! The Bakers

Awful experience, probably the worst interaction with a service provider in 25 years. What the owners of this business put us through is unconscionable. All I can say is avoid this business.

I had flood damage to to an air conditioning leak. Ryan showed up within 45 minutes of me calling. They had me taken care of within two hours. Joe, the owner worked with me and my insurance company on payment. Amazing company, amazing owner, fantastic experience!

We had a leak that caused a large flood one month after moving into our new home. Trident was very quick to respond and started working right away. Anything that was affected by water was addressed and restored. They handled all the insurance issues and had our home looking amazing! They are professional, always available, and very knowledgeable in their field. We are very grateful we found Joe and his team!

The guys at Trident Restoration Services are TOP NOTCH! They showed up when we had no idea where to turn and guided us through the whole process. From getting us a place to stay, talking to our Insurance company and not backing down when the insurance company tried to low ball things. They were very professional, extremely knowledgeable, always there when they said they would be and walked us through every step along the way. They answered all our questions and kept us informed the entire time. At a time when our world was turned upside down, they gave us peace of mind. The finished product was exceptional. Our home was restored better than it was when we had the fire. If you ever have the need of these guys, you won’t find anyone in the industry any better. Give them a call, I promise, you won’t be disappointed.
