Trident Restoration: May 2024 a tornado hit Temple, TX and my home was 70% destroyed. Being a 1st time homeowner, after the storm I was unsure who to call. Trident Restoration Services out of Austin, TX were the first on the scene and from the moment I met Mr. Joesph Norman, [Trident] his team was incredibly responsive, extremely helpful, and professional. They promptly began mitigation work to prevent further damage of my home and they didn’t ask me to sign a contract and also told me that I didn’t have to chose them to restore my home. They completed all the mitigation work: (tarping my roof, cutting dry wall, removing wet installation, etc). The following morning they explained the process clearly and assisted with the insurance claim. Mr. Ezekiel Alvarez and his team worked tirelessly to restore my home to its original condition. I met Joe and Ezekeial on one of the worst days of my life. I had a kitchen fire that destroyed half of my house that I had just bought. We hadn't even moved into the house yet. I was devastated. Great choice after having made an awful choice. Had a house fire in late June and decided to take my insurance carrier’s suggestion for a contractor. Huge mistake! After waiting months for approvals they were a fraction of what they should have been and the contractor was awful and always had an excuse. Obviously more worried about doing the work at insurance pricing than correctly. Had a card from Trident (Who I chose not to go with originally... sorry guys) so I decided to change contractors and everything turned around overnight. They got approvals I had been told were not covered in less than two weeks and performed amazing work. My project manager was awesome and a partner in the business. They obviously cared and were great. Plus my dogs loved them! Lol. 11 out of 10 for putting up with me when insurance had me at my wits end. Less

Took my claim which I was struggling with from another restoration company expanding it from $60000 to a $184000. Cannot recommend them enough!
