They made a cabinet for our bathroom and rollout shelves for the kitchen cabinets. After those were installed I remembered they also were going to make some additional shelves for our closets. After his threat of violence to my husband Elainy, his wife, sent a text threatening a defamation of character law suit, if I left a negative review. I have photos of their work. Last photo is showing laundry closet where Michel refused to install the doors back on. He said,” I didn’t take them off, I won’t put them on.” -direct quote. The doors were removed because the dryer was installed after he left the last time, and needed to be removed for installation. The doors were removed because they needed to be reinstalled correctly and not drag on the floor. The doors were taken off, due to incorrect installation by We Rack Design. The screws in the doors were stripped.When I asked, why he wouldn’t install them, he said, “I have already taken time from another job.” “I don’t owe this lady any favors.”- direct quote. He as well as the crew always arrived 10:00 AM or later. Quality of work done is evident in the photos.Many door hinges, only had one screw holding the hinge, didn’t even have the second hole drilled! Less
