Maggie helped us both buy and sell our house in Sacramento. Because we had to sell the house remotely, it involved a lot of coordination and a lot of on-the-ground work. Maggie was incredibly helpful. She researched and helped choose paint colors. She found and managed painters and contractors. She dealt with inspectors and contractors coming by to offer estimates. She handled staging and marketing completely on her own. She took care of getting photos and videos and we never had to worry about these or the listings. She held several open houses and even went door to door talking to neighbors. She arranged to have the place emptied of items that had been left behind and moved a number of items herself. Throughout the process she communicated with us regularly and was always available for strategy calls and updates. I don't know how we could have managed the process without her, especially being remote. We are very thankful for all of her help and highly recommend Maggie!
