I’ve partnered with Chelsea of Belle Chambré on quite a few projects but my favorite story was selling a condo where the primary bedroom wasn’t furnished. Every single potential buyer saw it and were unable to visualize a queen sized bed fitting into the room. I reached out to Chelsea and asked her if she had any suggestions… WOW! She came through for me right before a showing (which turned out to be THE LAST SHOWING!) She rolled up with everything needed to beautify the room (faux plants, side tables, wicker basket, a rug to go under the “bed” which was made up with pillows and blankets) The buyers fell in love on the spot and closed two weeks later.
