I chose this doctor for a specific reason. Unfortunately, the medical assistants made an error with my billing and refuse to take responsibility for the mistake. I am currently in the process of filing a formal complaint against the office.The doctor's medical care has been great, but he appears to give the staff too much control over administrative matters, which has negatively affected my experience. Based on our interactions, and knowing he was aware of what was happening, I'm surprised he didn't step in to help resolve the situation. At this point, I've decided to move on.I wouldn't necessarily discourage someone from seeing him because he truly is a great doctor. However, I strongly recommend leaving every appointment with documentation that clearly states the reason for your visit, just in case you encounter any billing or administrative issues later.He needs to get in control of his office.

It’s almost been 8 yrs and Doctor Chuck and his staff are AMAZING!!!!!! My previous Doctor retired!!!!!! I found Dr Chuck and he made my health and life much easier. I’ve been going to Dr. Chuck for about a year nowadays, and I have it admit, he’s the best PCP I’ve had as an adult. His methods and practice are simple yet thorough, his staff are professional and friendly, and I never feel like any aspect of my health is left to chance. Even my wife appreciates how much my health has improved under his care, and that’s a ringing endorsement if ever there was one. I look forward to working with him for many years to come.

Center Medical Center has been my go to place for any medical needs that my family has . Its clean. The service is prompt. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Chuck takes his time with you fully understand my situation and discuss any questions that I might have. Bottom line is every time I’m there. I realize that there’s no other place I would rather be to get Medical health needs met.From me each time I Leave the building I give them a 5 star review !
