As the months proceed and you continue working on your “information sheet” for Greg, he is reading it. During your regular meetings, he will assist in filling in any missing details (or offer fun ideas of things he has seen in past events). Thank goodness! He really hones in on those fine details. He worked well with us in our specific requests too! I wanted to do a mash-up dance with my dad and Greg’s work on our song was perfect. We were doing a destination wedding to Montana, so what could have become a stressful planning process was one of the easiest, trouble-free planning segments. I highly recommend Party People Events, especially if you’re coming from out of town. You will receive your account through his user-friendly website. It will tell you everything from the timeline of your event, payments, your wedding survey and any songs you would like to add. I cannot recommend Greg enough. His son comes with as his sidekick and was a great extra set of hands helping during the event too! *BTW – speaker system and sound are AWESOME and the up-lighting Greg brings really adds flair to your event. He met with my husband and I before and talked through the details of what we wanted and needed from him. He showed up timely to the rehearsal and made sure everything was set-up and ready to go at both the ceremony and reception locations. He made sure to stop by early at each location to make sure he was setting up in the location we wanted. He ran sound for our live music during the ceremony and it went perfectly. He also let us pick a playlist of music for the reception so he knew what kids of songs we wanted to hear. In the middle of the reception dancing, the system had a malfunction and we had no clue. He lost all the songs we gave him but the reception continued on as if nothing happened. I didn’t even know about this hiccup until after the wedding. He read the crowd and kept people on the dance floor the whole night. We also loved the lights he set up on the dance floor at the reception. It really set the mood for the evening of dancing. Also, he worked great with the videographers we hired and made sure they were able to hook up to his sound system to get the clear audio they needed for the ceremony. Overall, Greg did a phenomenal job and I would HIGHLY recommend his services for anyone who needs a DJ. He is great at what he does and very professional and friendly. Less
