I saw Amar for shoulder pain and I was pretty skeptical that physio would even be able to help me. But everything he had me doing actually worked. I basically feel like he healed my shoulder. I’m so grateful and would absolutely recommend Hq Physio and Amar to anyone .

Amar Is an excellent physiotherapist with years of experience. I walked in today basically limping and by the time I left, I was moving so much better. Amar always has provides great stretching and mobility exercises to improve mobility and strength. Thank you, Amar!

I have seen a few physiotherapists for a chronic issue but Amar Brar made all the difference! He made sense of what I was experiencing and helped me out of pain with a better understanding of what causing my problem. Would highly recommend!
