I emailed her some questions about a property in Townsend that I was interested in. For some of the questions she didn't know the answers (Not a big deal), didn't offer to find out the answers, and implied that my questions were too vague. Hard to gauge emotions in an email but she seemed bitter.

Not overly impressed. Used old property photos, which resulted in inaccurate exterior condition of listing. Did not have the correct de title paperwork processed for the house, which resulted in longer than expected waiting times for closing. And I think the worst one was she claimed that the things I asked for during offer negotiations would be $10k, professional cleaning of carpet and house, septic pump and inspection, well inspection/test, and property boundary survey. All of which still would have come in right around $3500 at the very most. Even having all the flooring replaced would have still come in well below that $10k mark. Needless to say I was not impressed by her services.

Jeanne and her staff are fantastic! They worked hard to sell our property and kept us informed throughout the process. Highly recommend them! Would give more than 5 stars if possible.
