High Performance Restoration was called about the roofing performed for the previous owner. It was three weeks prior to signing the paperwork for the sale of the house. Because i was buying the house and visiting. I met Matt and he asked me what color of roof I wanted. He provided the color and the owner did not like it. From what I could see from a distance it was a very good job.Just recently I noticed light coming in through the rafters between to steeples. I called a d Matt jumped on it. The next day he had two crew members working on the mistake. The holes were big enough for rodents,squirrels and birds to enter the roof. There is a birds best and that is what gave it away. No birds are there now. I was worried of rain being blown in and whether there are any rats or squirrels in the roof also. I have set traps and will notify Matt if there is any.The guys that were here had to fix and seal the flashing. This was a warranty issue. No billing.

Then he did a drone fly over with very sharp pictures. He gave me advice on the Roofing materials. Brad has a lot of knowledge on Roofing.
