Originally started at 3 move (Run, box type and lifting weights classes are available as well) classes per week while the body got used to it I now try to go 4 times depending on how the DOMS are doing. Fresh, well thought out routines every other day so if you loved that workout you get several more chances to go smash it again. 💪 It's a place where you can work as hard as you want to, the coaches Dean, Scott, Laura and Lee will push and encourage you as much as you want. They support any person that comes through the door, nervous people with no gym experience to people who can crank out 2 or more sessions a day. Its a great place if you need the support mentally or physically, the coaches as well as gym goers will help with positive vibes in every class. All 4 coaches bring there own skills and experience to the classes. It's not just a bootcamp for us, BTF are raising money for charity through doing sponsored events, from 12 hour long workouts to climbing Snowdon, all for very good local causes. Currently EACH East Anglians Children Hospices. Another perk is the app is very simple to use for booking classes. What's not to like. 10/10 ⭐ Less

The thing is, if you sign up and pay your £149 or £299 for your free 6 week trial, turn up on day one and find that this is not the gym that you were looking for, you're going to be tied into a contract that at best costs you £149 and at worst, costs you £849 for a years contract that you were mislead or pressured into signing up to. There's a limited amount of classes that you can choose from, half of which are currently virtual due to Covid 19 blah blah. The least I would have expected, during the orientation session would have been a tour of the gym and a physical explanation of what is actually done during the 45 minute workout. I'm sure, if you're the type of person who needs the level of motivation, coaching, support an social network that the team provides then it's great, but for me, I'm out. I have just finished the 6-week challenge and have been extremely happy with my results. BTF is a place that everyone can feel welcome and supported by the staff and also the other members. Having not exercised regularly for some time I felt quite unfit at the start however I immediately felt welcomed to this gym and encouraged by everyone. I was surprised how quickly my fitness levels improved and quickly upped my weights during this 6-week period. I have some back issues and felt reassured by the physio/training sessions on a Saturday morning where you can get any worries answered by a professional physio and fitness expert. The sessions are fun and different each week, so you never get bored. When joining you also get a list of recipes so that you can make sure your diet helps keep you on track, I found this useful and also found I wasn’t eating enough so this taught me to eat more and the only thing other than that I really changed was cutting out potatoes and swapping for sweet potatoes. During the six weeks I lost 4% body fat by training 3 times a week and sometimes adding a fourth home workout session. This is a gym where you can instantly see improvements to your body each week. The only downside is that they don’t have great shower facilities, so I had to go home after each session before going back to work. I highly recommend you give BTF a try! It’s a fun way to train that really works with a very supportive environment! Less

All that BTF offer is 100 percent achievable and more, its not weather you "can" do it its weather you want to do it, thats the only question that you need to answer, nothing else; its simple as that. I took part in the 6 week challenge, after being a little lazy over the festive period and beyond!!! I am generally very self motivated when it comes to exercise/fitness but had become board with my usual running and gym work. I was always sceptical of any HITT workouts, and the results possible due to the reduced workout time, but decided that I needed to try something different to keep me motivated, work towards my personal goals and increase overall well-being. The initial consultation was professional, informative and tailored to me. So, goals set I pushed on with the training. Group workouts and high fives have never been my thing, but with all new things I was happy to give it a go. The sessions were varied, coaches were knowledgeable and helped keep motivation up throughout and fellow members were very welcoming and encouraging. Sessions were adapted if required to take into account any injuries or limitations, and there was always someone there to push you if needed. With a mixture of well planned and executed strength and conditioning and cardio within sessions, the results were superb. Other than playing football I deliberately took a break from running to see what I would get with just the 6 week programme, and I was very pleasantly surprised that I managed to smash my goals. The exercise is key, but only one piece of the jigsaw which made my 6 weeks a success. The other two pieces being the accountability to show up to pre booked sessions, and the nutritional support also available. I thoroughly enjoyed the 6 weeks I was there, and would highly recommend BTF to anyone regardless of ability/confidence etc as the group is very supportive and welcoming, and the coaches will work with you to reach your goals. I did the 6-week challenge which was fully explained by Scott. He was very thorough about the details. We must have spoken for nearly 25 minutes at that initial introduction session. Everything was explained in full and I did not feel there were any details left out. It was clear what I was signing up for. So my target was 5% body fat loss. My fat percentage at the time of weigh-in was 22% - not horrible, but I must admit I was intimidated a little by the thought of having to lose 5%. I have been previously a ‘5 days at the gym’ type of person and I thought to lose that much in 6 weeks was going to be tough. Now don’t get me wrong - it wasn’t a walk in the park by any means. If someone had said to me at the beginning of all of this that you will lose more than 5% body fat I would have laughed. I am not laughing now though - I am ecstatic!! I lost 6% in that 6 weeks (that is 8cm off my waistline) and I feel amazing. Did I change my eating habits? Absolutely, but for the better and I can tell the difference in my energy levels as well as the definition and shape in my body. You see these before and after photos in magazines and think it is all fake - well this is not the case for me. I can really see the difference in the time I have been there. You are getting personal trainers that are amazing. They are well versed in the training and exercises and help everyone to benefit. I know that I have achieved an amazing set of results in a short time (never seen anything like this in all my years of training), but I couldn’t have done it without those trainers! Added to that you have a lovely, amazing, and friendly group of people that are always offering encouragement and guidance - I didn’t get that feeling in many other places I have trained. I want to be clear at this point. If you sign up expecting to do 3 sessions and week and really not push yourself or take on-board the guidance that is provided then surprise surprise, it is not a magic wand that can wave away the fat! There is a really big BUT though. If you are truly committed to training hard at the sessions and always pushing yourself, reading the details that are provided via email over the 6 weeks, and truly make a lifestyle change (this is not a diet!), then you can see some truly amazing results. I have read several reviews on here that indicate that the 6-week challenge is a rip-off, or that people were not fully aware of what they signed up to. Personally, I think that in a lot of cases it is where people have not pushed themselves and just want results with no effort or their money back. Some of them relate to not doing the required sessions or not being able to commit. If you can’t commit 6 weeks out of your life to change it forever then it probably isn’t for you. The conditions of the agreement are very clearly laid out and there are no hidden agendas. You work hard and you get results - it is as simple as that. Your progress is reviewed every 2 weeks with weigh-ins at which point further guidance and recommendations are given. You are tracked through the 6 weeks so you know how well you are doing and if you are on track. In summary… So what did I lose by doing the 6 weeks? 6% of body fat being self-conscious What do I gain? energy confidence in myself superb trainers who know what they are doing and help you to progress a change in attitude for the better the road to the body I want no judgments - just encouragement an amazing community of people that are lovely and create a sense of you belonging - shape and size does not matter - we are all there to make ourselves better a social circle that look upon you as training partners Less

Despite being ill half way through the 6 week challenge/ having g p evidence about this b t f refused to give me back any money (295) as I was unable to complete the 6 week challenge. They offered an extension but I was unable to then commit to further time due to work commitments. I offered to pay for the time I had with them at their full price so 110 which I think is more then reasonable but they refused this. On f b they advertise as a free challenge but this is not true. It’s 295 ( a deposit) and you get this back if you complete the challenge and/or meet your targets. However, it is not made clear in no circumstances/ even if I’ll and you have medical evidence you could not complete that will not get your money back! They also insist you decide at the time of going in/ use pressure selling tactics. I am afraid they also don’t tell you when you sign up how expensive they are going forward. They are 110.00 a month. You can use your 295 from the challenge to take this down to 90 even if you don’t meet your target. Evidencing more the deposit is not about motivating people to meet their goals and commit but a sales tactic to keep you. I think the pricing is maybe as the concept is your signing up to a club too. They talk about it being a family? Although people were friendly enough I did not really get this vibe but to be honest I found the whole paying to have a social life aspect a bit weird for me as I have plenty and was going their to exercise although I appreciate for some this way be a good way to meet people? The class times are also not shared with you on signing up and these too for my schedule were limited and not sustainable as working full time and having a toddler I needed late evening and the option of a Sunday which they don’t have on offer. The concept is to group exercise but I did find some classes very quiet including 1 I did on my own with the coach. Maybe as December but not quite the same. I also found the emails you get through the programme to supposedly motivate you pretty impersonal, generic and lacking. These are signed off by the head coach John who never made an appearance once through my challenge and I did nt even realise was a person there! I also had a 2 week delay to my peers on the challenge due to admin oversight and i had to chase to get the info. The young male coaches that facilitate all the sessions I will say were always friendly and you can get results as for the time I was there I did! I guess if you want/need to pay to expand your social circle and/or you are fully committed to spending a 100 a month plus a 300 starting fee to this, b t f is for you. Disappointed overall and hope b t f think about other ways they can encourage people to join like other successful gyms in the area. Less

From your very first session you'll be hooked on the desire to do well, to achieve and make your coaches proud. Yes, I guess it's a bit of an investment money-wise. But honestly how many times have you had a cheap gym membership and not used it? When you're forking out money for something you have no choice but to go. And with your BTF membership fee you're paying to come away from workouts with a smile on your face (seriously..!), you'll be running mud runs and hitting distances you never thought could be possible, lifting weights you never knew you could lift and making friends with some truly awesome people, while getting fitter and happier along the way.
