I’ll preface by saying she knows what she’s doing and is very knowledgeable about natural hair. I’ve gone to her three times and have loved my hair each and every time. BUT each and every time there was a problem with her time management. The first time I went I booked for back to back times for my sister and I. In the middle of us getting our hair done she stopped working on us to start AND FINISH some lady who randomly walked in. The second time I went alone. I booked for 1:30. wasn’t seen until close to 3. And finally this third time, giving her one last try I booked for 11 and wasn’t seen until 11:40. After asking if there would be a discount (for having to wait for her to finish eating her breakfast) she chuckled in my face and said no. Again she knows what she’s going but she plays with my time entirely too much. Will not return. Less
