I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with Kefi Spaces was disappointing enough that I feel others should be aware before booking.The space looks great in the photos online, but the actual experience didn’t match what was advertised. The overall condition and organization of the space didn’t feel well maintained, and it gave the impression that presentation online is prioritized more than the real customer experience.Communication was another issue. Getting straightforward answers was difficult, and when concerns were brought up, it didn’t feel like they were taken seriously or handled professionally. When you’re paying the rates they charge, you expect a certain level of service and accountability.What really stood out to me was the lack of attention to detail and overall management of the space. Small things that should have been handled ahead of time were not, which made the experience feel disorganized and frustrating.Houston has a lot of creative spaces and venues available, and unfortunately this one didn’t meet the expectations set by their marketing. I would strongly suggest doing thorough research and considering other options before booking here.

I have rented several trucks and storages from U-Haul locations, but this dealer is far the best one. The trucks are very clean the facility is very clean and organized, and the truck was in perfect condition from bumper to bumper. Great customer service by Aaron, matter of fact amazing customer service. There was also another lady I spoke with and I wish I knew her name and she was also very patient and again very good customer service. I would highly recommend this location for any moving needs. Thank you, U-Haul for having such great dealer. Last but not the least I want to thank Kelfi spaces once again🙂.

This was the easiest uhaul rental I have ever experienced with one exception. Trying to locate the place to actually do the rental.The uHaul rental sign hanging next to the green building number is on the right side of the building (facing from the street) which is not anywhere near where you enter their offices to rent. When you are standing on the street, you need to enter the offices on the LEFT side of the building.Once you accomplish this, you will meet fantastic people with a service attitude. Again, it was the easiest rental I have ever done.

I will skip to the point. My original reservation was totally screwed up by a young lady named Erica from the Houston, Tx location over at the Dairy Ashford location. I reserved well in advance ( like a month) and kept on top of the confirmed truck rental.Well the day before I pick up my truck , my pick up location went from what should have been within a few mile radius , which I was sent to a location 35 minutes out the way , and by the time I get to this location at Kefi, they were aware in the system of who I was, but because Erica from central scheduling took it upon herself to lie and then not only did she screw up the pick up location, she screwed up my drop location as well. Well, at this time it was leaning into my loading and travel time for I was on a schedule and needed to meet my deadline.The Ladies at Kefi made it worth my time.I really appreciate all the hard work and effort Aaron put into this and as well as The General Manager Katelyn for going extremely hard to correct this error that was all tangled into knots by Erica the liar.They took care of the complete mess, it took them roughly 3 hours but at the end the discount for my time paid off generously !Ladies, again Thank you for your Excellent Customer Service. You made me a very satisfied customer.
