Everyone here was just awesome. Gave me good info about the process upfront, and kept me updated every step of the way until my car was repaired and looking as good as it did before some dummy hit me in a roundabout. I hope I never have to go through car damage repair again, but if I do I am coming here.

Just snagged my wifes VW Jetta's front bumper on a piece of rebar. They managed to fit me in the same day, repair looks great and they got me out of a bind. And since I've had a number of cars and trucks retired with them it was complimentary. Much appreciated!!

We took our car in just for an estimate to fix the hatch door which wouldn’t close properly. They took it to their shop in the back immediately, and fixed it for free while we were sitting inside waiting for what we thought was going to be an estimate to repair it! Such a refreshing experience!! Great people!!! Highly recommend!!

They did an amazing job!! I come from a family that formerly owned a body shop, was raised in the industry and I am an extremely picky person when it comes to my vehicles. I was expecting to find at least a tiny imperfection but nothing. Washington Auto Collision is the only place where I will take my auto body work from now on!!
