⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a great experience with Helm Vision Group. Everyone at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming, and I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. The doctors and support staff were friendly, professional, and made the entire visit very comfortable. The office itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Helm Vision Group!

The staff are all very friendly and competent. I felt taken care of,, not rushed. They seem to have their procedures down pat and the office appears to run very smoothly. I usually order my reading glasses through them, but have decided to try another supplier to see if I can find the same quality for a better price. The cost of their frames seem a bit expensive.

I am giving 5 stars only because Dr Guan is an incredible eye doctor. She is always patient, knowledgeable and discusses possible options and remedies to my eye issues. She is a true professional with a great personality as well! The eye glass department has been a HUGE disappointment in the past few years- last year it took 6 months for them to get my glasses right - ridiculous! I come back for Dr Guan because she is the best. And, this year she assured me they made some big improvements and to give the eye glass department another chance. Helen in this department is also proven to be very knowledgeable and caring as well. Just stay on top of your eye glass order to make sure it’s moving along correctly!!!
