My experience was pleasant and I was seen in a timely manner. Every encounter was professional and the optometrist , eye doctor who I had seen previously in 2024 was very thorough and explained the examination which left me with clear understanding.

​I recently brought my two children here for exams, and while the clinical side was fine, the experience at checkout was appalling. After spending over $500 for the visit, I had a few simple questions regarding the breakdown of costs. Instead of receiving professional assistance, I was met with extreme rudeness by the front desk staff member, Yadira H.​She was incredibly condescending, actually raising her voice and repeating the same lines over and over in a robotic fashion rather than engaging with my questions. It was shocking to be treated with such hostility as a paying customer—and more importantly, as a parent—simply for wanting to understand the billing.​It has been several days and I am still bothered by how we were treated. Professionalism and basic courtesy seem to be missing at the front desk. We will never return to this practice, and I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you value being treated with respect.

In and out in less than an hour for my eye exam. All the employees were thorough and listened to my concerns about my vision, and did not make me feel uneasy. I have had poor experiences with previous optometrists, especially since I am not good with eye drops. Dr. Chhabra made the entire process so easy and listened intently. She told me exactly what was wrong, and was efficient yet thorough. I am thankful for her and for Helm Vision!
