The eye doctors and staff here at Helms are fantastic. It's always a pleasant experience when I go in and then Dr is very thorough. Sits down discusses my issues my questions and takes the time to answer. Doesn't rush me out the door to get the next person in.No reason why I gave it four stars out of five is because their eyeglass center is a little way overpriced and the staff that I've dealt with there are usually .... not very attentive. Even ask a simple question after my appointment the other day the girl I dealt with was very short. I think it was after realizing I wasn't going to buy, and I just had a question about the frames. 🤦🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

Everyone is friendly and professional except the front desk staff. I have said this in my review a few years back. They don’t smile and acknowledge you and make you feel you are not worth their time. Why is that? The opticians and opthalmologists are all very friendly and nice though.

Every visit starts with being greeted by one of the receptionists. Waiting in a comfortable area, called with a smile by a technician that proceeds to explain the various tests needed for my visit. Next to another comfortable waiting area. Finally in to see Dr Ho. Always greeted with a smile, a review of my tests and my care plan. This office is very well run, even when busy. Everyone associated with this office is smiling and pleasant. Very happy to be a patient in this practice.
