Very disappointing experience. I called specifically for the advertised free LASIK consultation and believed that was the appointment I was attending. Afterward, I received a bill for the tune of $400 and charges were submitted to my insurance. When I disputed the bill, the response focused on my diagnosis rather than addressing why I was not informed beforehand that the visit would allegedly be treated as a billable medical evaluation. Patients be aware of the bait and switch.
