Dauson did an awesome job on a pre-purchase inspection for our ranch. It was two buildings and a barn, and he was able to inspect all buildings, the water well, foundation, septic, roofs, and termite. He took his time and was extremely thorough. He provided photos of everything including drone photos of the roof. At the end of the inspections, he walked through the buildings with us and pointed out the issues. And afterwards, we were provided an extensive report on everything that was super helpful in our negotiations with the sellers. Even my realtor who has been selling farms for decades commented on the quality of his reports. Would absolutely recommend him to others!
