Was looking for a new nail salon in the area, so I tried Q nails. The first time I went I had a wonderful experience. The girl who did my pedicure was extremely attentive, took her time, and did an excellent job.Yesterday when I went in, Dannie did my pedicure. I paid for the VIP pedicure, and my cuticles weren’t cut, nails weren’t filed, and the callouses on the bottom of my feet weren’t done. I tried to message on Facebook, and call- all of which failed. When I went back, he used a dremel to grind down my cuticles (Ouch), repainted my nails after grinding them down again, and still didn’t shape or file them appropriately. He never used cuticle trimmers, he only used an dremel, and now my nails are SO thin, they hurt. I appreciate them trying again, but the result was just as bad the second time when redone by him. The polish is sloppy, and it felt like a giant waste of money. There was a lady who redid my callouses and she was very nice and did a great job.To put the nail in the coffin- there was girl next to me who was getting her pedicure redone, in which Dannie did the day before. I’m so sad that I am having such a hard time finding a local place that can do a decent pedicure.
