Called Dillon on Sunday with a leaking dead water heater. He offered to come out, but said it would save me money and I could get a better water heater if I waited until Monday morning. He was helpful on the phone and he showed up first thing Monday morning and was done so fast. Fair, very affordable, honest and quick, clean work. Thank you, Dillon and Mikhail!! They were professional, exceeded expectations, and maintained a positive and helpful attitude throughout. We reached out to Ragone's Plumbing when our water heater failed. Dillon is very responsive on the phone and was able to get to us the next day even though I know he's very busy. Dillon also installed a hot water recirculation pump so we have fast hot water on the far side of the house. We are happy with the cost and quality of his work.
