Landon kept everything running smoothly, communicated clearly about the schedule and progress, and made sure the crew stayed on top of things. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the whole construction phase stress-free and enjoyable.The team was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our property. I have worked with the Blue Moon Pools team on several occasions. Their attention to detail, responsiveness and positive work ethic have proven an excellent representation of good business.Rob demonstrates creativity from the start in his design work. I’ve noticed him dedicate considerable time to listening to opinions of clients, while taking hand written notes. He builds upon their vision with his own unique expertise and received a very positive feedback regarding the finished 3D rendering.Katina has been timely & responsive through text, calls and emails. She has answered an endless amount of questions from myself, all while maintaining positivity & professionalism. - I found her ability to discuss project details and address concerns very helpful while getting quick answers via phone.Landon is possibly the only 30-ish year old with 30 years of experience that i have encountered. - He’s maintained an open-arm policy with sharing details, educating and offering guidance, even while on-site. Always shows up on time, or early and leads his team with confidence. I would consider him an expert in mitigation & pace, his lack of mistakes during construction is commendable.I continue to have productive and enjoyable experiences with this team, so i continue to recommend them confidently.

New to the area we researched and meet with several pool companies. We decided to go with Blue Moon Pools (formerly River Pools of Greensboro), a family-owned and operated business. We had many discussions with Rob about what we wanted and what would work best for our yard to create an incredible design that included a pool, hot tub, and grill island. Landon made that design a reality. He was great to work with especially when we wanted to make a change or add something to the project. We have thoroughly enjoyed our backyard ever since its completion and pleased with our decision of choosing Blue Moon Pools.

Definitely would recommend Blue Moon Pools. Rob, Landon and Alexis was very professional from start to finish. We started the planning process about 5 years ago; however, life events delayed us from finalizing the plans. Rob was patient, and the pricing stayed the same. The process was a little longer, given the fact that we started the installation in November. We could always reach them if we had questions.. We love our pool! I would highly recommend the tanning deck, gas heater and pavers in place of concrete. What a hit for both adults and kids. Don't hesitate to contact Rob, with Blue Moon pools. You won't regret it.
