I have recently started doing yoga due to having an injury, my intentions were to strengthen my muscles but I have gotten so much more from the classes, it is my way of relaxing after a stressful day, to get stronger and to decrease pain, I feel the happiest when I’m in Chelsea’s class, the day I walked into the class I was greeted with the most welcoming beautiful smile, Chelsea made both my mum and I feel incredibly comfortable and welcome not only the first visit but every single time, yoga is for everyone if you’re thinking of trying please do you will not regret it having such an incredible teacher to guide you every step of the way.
