Prime IV Hydration & Wellness here by Cimarron on the west side is great. The customer service is awesome and they are so welcoming. Even though they were super busy with clients, they still made time to explain things to my husband and I. I was very hesitant to even go in but I was so pleased with the service. After leaving I felt like I had more energy. I would definitely recommend going here for anyone who is needing help with energy, sleep or any health and wellness concerns.

I have lost count of how many times I have been to Prime IV (Cimarron) at this point, and not once has the experience let me down. The staff across the board is attentive and courteous, and you feel it the moment you walk through the door.Bianca is the reason I keep coming back. She has a rare and unique combination of skill, warmth, and genuine care that you just do not find everywhere. Every single visit she raises the bar even higher. Because of her I have no interest in going anywhere else. As long as Bianca is around, this place has earned a loyal customer for life!

This place was an absolute God send! My Primary Care Physician recommended it as I have a rare disease that I was unable to consume solid food or drink water until surgery. Unfortunately, the only place the surgery was available was in Dallas 3 months later! Prime IV Hydration provided vitamins and minerals I needed to survive (literally)! I was a very difficult stick but they have the most wonderful professionals specially trained for the hard sticks. They would come in on their days off to help with me as my dehydration made it almost impossible to get a line. This is how dedicated the people are. I cannot thank this location enough for the service and support they provided.The membership is well worth the money and the service and staff is unparalleled!
