Everyone was super nice. Lots of activity because a lot of people work there and a lot of people use their services. First time there and I got a window seat to the hummingbird feeder. I am looking forward to many visits there and not because I want to have dental issues. Cleaning and exam was thorough. No complaints.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note about my recent visit. The customer service was fantastic, and the scheduling was super flexible. Plus, the waiting area had some refreshments, which was a lovely touch! I was originally set for an imaging, but I managed to get the filling, night guard imaging, and cleaning schedule while I was there the same day. And the technology here is really cutting-edge!

I’ve had a really great experience with Dr. Kim and everyone at Osuna Dental. He’s super thorough, explains everything without making it complicated, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing things right. I also really appreciate that I never feel like I’m being rushed through an appointment or pushed into anything unnecessary. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful too. I’ve always felt really comfortable and well taken care of here. Definitely recommend Dr. Kim if you’re looking for a dentist in Albuquerque!

I would not recommend this dental office based on my experience.I initially came in after a wisdom tooth broke, and X-rays were taken. We discussed my history of bone loss and the fact that I had previously had a deep cleaning. At my most recent cleaning, the hygienist told me that everything looked okay overall and that there was some tartar buildup in the usual areas. The cleaning and polishing took less than 45 minutes.The dentist then came in and immediately brought up a previous tooth extraction, saying something along the lines of, “Remember when we had to remove that tooth because of bone loss?” I had to correct him because the tooth he was referring to was a wisdom tooth that had broken down from a cavity. That concerned me because he was apparently using an incorrect recollection of my dental history to support his recommendation.He then told me they might give me “one more chance” to take better care of my teeth and floss properly. I brush and floss twice a day, and I found that comment unnecessarily condescending, especially considering the hygienist had just told me things looked normal.The dentist proceeded to aggressively poke and scrape my gums, at one point actually stabbing my gum hard enough to cause significant bleeding. I could taste blood for the rest of the afternoon, and the area bled significantly again when I flossed later.I left feeling that the focus was less on listening to me and explaining my actual dental condition and more on trying to convince me to purchase additional treatment. Whether or not they ultimately believe I need another deep cleaning, I expect a dentist to accurately understand my dental history, explain the objective findings supporting a recommendation, and treat me with respect.I won't be returning. I'm going to get a second opinion from another dentist who can independently evaluate my gums and bone loss.

Having experienced a lifetime of frightening dental appointments,at last I have found the right dentists. Osuna Dental Care is the very best. Their expertise and gentle practice will keep me coming back. Dr. Kim and Dr. Graham are outanding!

For now I can rate it 4 stars for my experience thus far. I haven’t had a true service performed quite yet, but right off the bat, the staff were attentive and friendly. The Dr, was very informative and had a certain ease about the way he explained the procedure. I do look forward to going back for work to be done and hopeful for a great new dentist and to also take my daughter to. The office was clean, and very bright which is nice.

Let me start by saying Dr. Anthony and his assistant were very accommodating. I had a bad toothache and the tooth needed to be extracted. All went well until I started having double vision on the side where my tooth was extracted. Needless to say I was very concerned and no one could give me an answer. Fortunately it lasted only 15 minutes. I googled it at their office and google gave me the explanation so I felt relieved. Dr Anthony did give me his mobile number which was kind of him. I was quoted a price and they reviewed it with me prior to the procedure. When I went to the receptionist to pay, the bill increased by 30%. I was told it initially didn't include some kind of consultation or something else. Anyway, I don't consider that to be good practice. As an FYI, the cost to extract a tooth was nearly 2x as much as my NYC Dentist.
