I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were so helpful, communicative, and incredibly nice. They did the absolute best they could with my stained curtains and told me in advance what couldn’t be fixed in case I changed my mind. They were on schedule for pickup and reinstalling.. They are expensive but absolutely worth the cost and this is DC, everything is expensive here. Thank you Jon, Paul and Mike. As you can see from my photos my curtains are thick, with multiple pleats, nothing easy about them.

I don’t post reviews much but I’ll make an exception here bc Parkway is the absolute *GOAT* particularly for specialty and problem jobs. I just got my priceless white dinner jacket back that had taken major red wine and cocktail damage across the front before sitting and oxidizing in my closet for a year+. I thought it was a goner. Nope! Parkway got it all out AND removed some smaller, even older accumulated stains. It’s good for another decade! We take all our priceless stuff to Parkway and they’ve always delivered with very fair prices for the level of work.
