We decided we needed a new HVAC system as our was leaking. I used Casper in the past and called again. Josh, Ricky, and Evan showed up. They were at my house almost 11 hours installing a complete new system including custom duct work and installing a new return duct, also custom made on site.These three guys are great and work well together. I was very pleased with the work and neatness of the finished system. They advised me that I would have AC that night. They met that goal.Highly Recommend!

The team at Casper is first class. Realized the A/C wasn’t working on Sat. afternoon. Called a few companies, and this was the only one where an actual person answered. Not voicemail, not AI. Brian showed up that night and stayed until midnight. Was working when he left but it stopped again overnight. Called 8:30 Sun. morning and Matt showed up 30 minutes later. Ended up needing a new unit. Mike and Ricky showed up Mon. to install window units to get us through the next few days. Josh, Evan, and Ricky showed up Wed. on time and had a new condenser and furnace installed in about 6 hours. Everyone I interacted with, from the techs to the office staff, was professional and walked me through every step. Highly recommend!

It was time to replace my HVAC system and I knew to call Casper Friendly Services. Since my wife and I purchased our house last year, Matt and his team have taken care of all of my plumbing and HVAC needs so, this time was no different. I called on a Tuesday, was given an estimate on Wednesday and had the new system installed on a Friday. Ricky, Evan, and Josh were quick to work on Friday morning, completing the install in a very efficient manner. Once they were done with installation, they walked me through everything that was done in great detail. Ricky, Evan, and Josh were fantastic to work with. Scheduled Casper Plumbing & HVAC to fix a leaking water heater last Tuesday. They confirmed a 10 AM - 12 PM window. No one came, no call, no text. At 3 PM I called and they said the tech “tried to reach me” — my phone had zero missed calls. Next day I saw a $95 “no-show fee” charged to my card. When I disputed it, they said I wasn’t home. I was home all day. Worst experience ever. Save your time and money.

I had Casper plumbing and HVAC remove and install my HVAC system. New furnace, new coil, and new outdoor condenser. Extremely fast and efficient, could not be happier with the results. Had three technicians here doing the work, Josh Ricky and Evan. Three of the most professional ineligible technicians I could’ve ever asked for. We called Casper because our AC wasn’t turning on. We were worried we would have to buy a new AC since the system is older. They came out with in a few hours. The service tech’s name was Evan he was able to fix a part and recharge our system with Freon. He said we should be good to go for atleast the rest of the season. Very satisfied.
