We hired Robert and his team for a large installation at our Palmetto Bay Home. From start to finish Robert was an absolute professional. Robert was an excellent communicator and responded quickly to our first inquiry and continued this level of engagement all the way through final inspection. His crew was exceptional! They cleaned the job site every evening before departing and showed up on schedule never missing a day. What we appreciated most was that it was a turnkey experience. We had heard experiences where installers wrecked walls - both interior and exterior leaving it to the homeowner to bring in another contractor to complete repair work - this was not the case with Q&A - they completed the job fully and with excellent craftsmanship. We would highly recommend Rober and Q&A.

Highly recommend! Robert was amazing and professional from the initial site visit and quote process through the order process. He sent timely updates and the windows were delivered the exact date promised. The installation (which was within a few days) with Dany was smooth and quick. He and his helper worked diligently and efficiently, and most of all they were tidy, cleaning up after themselves as they worked. And they did an amazing job, I am in love with the finished product!

Everything arrived and was installed just as I had been told. Installation by Dany and his assistant was very well done and as clean as possible. Roberto and his team are excellent! I replaced windows and doors at 2 properties with Q&A. Their professionalism and quality of work are second to none. The inspection for the permit was a breeze (no pun intended) because they do everything the way they are supposed to, which is what protects you from the powerful hurricanes.Aside from that, I have gotten to know Roberto on a personal level and honesty and ethics is of the utmost importance to him. So he keeps his prices low and delivers what he promises. I highly recommend Roberto and his team!!

Robert from Q & A windows and Doors was recommended by word of mouth. Called him, he showed up on time, explained the process and provided his estimate with no sales pressure like the big impact windows companies that use pressure tactics to sign the contract during their visit or loose the discounted price. With Robert there is no pressure and he provided the best price. He provided samples pictures, and he went further by meeting us at the local manufacturing company Mr. Glass to look at the actual product and select the sliding doors handles. Installation by Danny was great, very professional, and even he replaced couple of previously cracked floor marbles by new ones that I had at no extra charge. When we had a manufacturing issue with the bathrooms windows he showed up, and worked with the manufacturer to replace the defective part and Insured proper installation. I liked their service that I just hired them for another property and as usual did an excellent job, and Danny went the extra mile to purchase a wider threshold for the front door with no extra charge. Great company for the price and honest service.

I just had my hurricane impact windows and doors installed by Q&A windows and doors here in Kendall, FL. Robert came on tine, messured and showed me samples of the products. He answered all my questions and gave me a great price. his installation team lead by Danny was on time, clean and polite. the windows and doors look amazing. I recommend 100% and would give them a 10 star review if I could.
