I had a combination of tennis elbow and a tricep issue that just wouldn’t go away. As time went on it was impacting my ability to lift weights at the gym. Tom from Physio on Patterson treated it with dry needling and an exercise regimen. Elbow tendons take a while to heal, but after several weeks I was on the mend and back in the gym and I can feel it getting better with every passing week.

I highly recommend visiting Physio on Patterson! It was great having the option to book in a free consult to see if it was the right fit for me. Alex took the time to give me all possible avenues and after was able to proceed with a plan that best suited me. I’d been having some issues whilst running and Alex was very detailed and helped me work through them and ensured I was comfortable with the plan. Now my issues have been resolved!

Brilliant specialist team and great space. In my early fifties, I needed to work on my core strength (was quite weak) and they were amazing. Provided me with sound support and guidance, and introduced me to reformer pilates. I cannot recommend then enough. And the entire team is brilliant and consistent with their approach. I also loved that it was very tailored.
