I am so thankful I found Alex! The wrong movement during exercise caused a previous back injury to flare up, and I could barely move. Alex first helped me start moving, and then helped me build my back up to be stronger and resilient again. His notes, homework (rehab exercises) and encouragement were all so helpful, and 2 months later I am almost back to 100%! Thank you so much! Helped me with pains during cycling, my leg muscle strength increased from 21/28 to almost 40 kg on both legs in a month. Ethan also helped me even when I asked questions out of hours through SMS. Once, they did not send me the treatment plan at once but did it shortly after an SMS request.
