I had a really good experience with Ryan and Dan. They were supportive, helpful, and reassuring and I think (fingers crossed!) my mice are finally gone. I appreciated how easy they were to work with and talk to. They came when they said they would, did a thorough job of sealing holes inside and outside, and Ryan was available by phone afterward to support me as well.

When the business owner tells you “that would probably be an overkill” in response to your suggestion of adding more services from them - this screams integrity and trustworthiness. Very refreshing compared to endless upselling we normally see! They solved our rodent concerns in a single visit and followed up weeks later to make sure everything was resolved. Competitive pricing and all around great service!

If you live in Burnaby and you have a pest problem look no further than Knockout Pest Control. Ryan has helped me for over 10 years with everything from ants to raccoons and he knows his stuff. He is very thorough. At one house I had squirrels in my attic and while the previous owner had another company block most of the entry points they missed some and Ryan solved the problem and installed a one way door so the squirrels could not get back in once they left. The previous owner used poison and that left a few dead carcasses in the attic. As import as being good is, just as import is being honest. Ryan will only recommend and do what is needed. If there is another trade like a roofer that can fix a problem better than him, he will recommend that - this is being honest and recommending to customers what is best for them. I could not recommend Knockout Pest Control more!
