This company is super easy to deal with. I recently started hearing noises from my attic which I was guessing was either rats, mice, or squirrels. Ryan came over and quickly assessed that it was squirrels that made their way in by accessing my roof via an overgrown city-owned tree that the City of Vancouver neglected to prune despite my repeated requests for them to do so. Turns out squirrels are a protected species and Ryan could do nothing to rid me of them, but did offer some advice on setting up some live traps myself. But he did write some strong language on the invoice which I forwarded to the city and that seems to have spurned them into action. I appreciated Ryan's honesty in saying that because I had a concrete tile roof there was no way to properly seal off the possible entry areas and that trying to do so would be a waste of time and money, and that my best bet was to get those problematic trees trimmed back. Ryan got back to me promptly and showed up the next day at the arranged time. He was extremely courteous, knowledgable and able to get rid of one larger and multiple smaller wasps nests on my back porch. The price was extremely reasonable and I would use him again in a heartbeat if I ever have any other pest problems. I highly recommend using a Local and Owner operated business as you get outstanding service from someone who cares.

Excellent service! We had called around for a hornets' nest removal. They quoted a fair price with same day removal vs only treating the nest or coming back in a few days.
