Very disappointing experienceI came across their advertisements on realestate.com.au for what appeared to be reasonably priced homes in Cairns. However, when I tried calling the number provided, there was no answer. I was asked to send a text message instead, which I did, but I received no response either.I also noticed that listings appeared under two different names, Larry and Joshua, but they seem to be the same person. This was confusing and raised some concerns about the transparency of the listings.Based on my experience, the lack of communication and the use of different names made me uncomfortable proceeding further. I would expect a professional real estate business to provide clear contact details, respond to genuine enquiries, and be transparent about who is handling the property.I hope they can improve their communication and provide greater transparency to prospective buyers.

Their website site boasts of having a team you can contact. For a property they have advertised on the Fraser Coast, I have sent 2 on-line enquiries and telephoned the nominated agent. The phone call went unanswered, and I've had response to any of my attempts to contact them. At this point I don't have much confidence in utilising their services.
